All services are delivered based on project consultations, site conditions, and mutually agreed proposals.
Pricing
All prices quoted by Loop Audio Works include applicable GST and delivery to the client’s site unless otherwise specified.
Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, equipment availability, and site requirements.
Payment Terms
Payment for projects is structured as follows:
* 50% advance payment upon order confirmation
* 25% payment upon partial supply of materials
* 25% balance payment before final delivery of all products
Work and delivery schedules are aligned with the above payment milestones.
Delivery Schedule
Material dispatch will begin once the initial advance payment has been received.
Further deliveries will follow according to the agreed payment schedule and project progress.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on equipment availability and project complexity.
Installation Timeline
Installation work will begin within 7 days after the client confirms that the site is:
* dust-free
* ready for installation
* accessible for technicians
Delays in site readiness may affect the installation schedule.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for arranging the following through their appointed electrical contractor:
* conduiting and cable pathways
* electrical wiring
* power points
* equipment racks
* storage for equipment and materials
* other required electrical provisions
Loop Audio Works is not responsible for electrical infrastructure work unless specifically included in the project scope.
Installation Charges
Installation charges may vary depending on:
* site conditions
* project complexity
* accessibility of installation areas
* additional labour requirements
Any variations will be communicated to the client prior to execution.
Product Warranty
All equipment supplied by Loop Audio Works carries the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.
Warranty claims must be processed according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and service guidelines.
Loop Audio Works will assist clients in coordinating warranty claims with the respective manufacturer or authorized service provider when required.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, branding, and project visuals are the intellectual property of Loop Audio Works and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Loop Audio Works will not be held responsible for delays or damages resulting from:
* site readiness issues
* electrical infrastructure delays
* third-party contractor work
* equipment delivery delays beyond our control
Project responsibilities are governed by the specific agreement provided to the client.
