Welcome to Loop Audio Works. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Loop Audio Works website and your interaction with us regarding consultations, quotations, audio system design, equipment supply, installation, calibration and related services.
By using this website or engaging Loop Audio Works for services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Loop Audio Works
Loop Audio Works provides customised audio solutions including:
Car audio system design and installation
Car audio DSP tuning and calibration
Home cinema and home theatre design and installation
Hi-Fi audio systems
Dolby Atmos installations
Multi-room and multi-zone audio systems
Professional and commercial audio systems

Our services are designed around the specific vehicle, room, building or commercial environment. Recommendations may therefore differ between projects even when the intended use or budget is similar.

Images shown on the website may represent completed installations, example systems or representative equipment. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that an identical system, product, finish or configuration will be supplied for every project.
The final specification for a project will be determined through consultation, assessment and the approved quotation.
3. Consultations and Site Assessments
A consultation allows us to understand your requirements before recommending a system.
Depending on the project, we may consider:

Equipment compatibility

Installation constraints

A site visit, vehicle assessment or detailed measurement may be required before a final recommendation can be made.
A consultation or assessment does not automatically constitute an order or commitment to proceed with a project.
4. Quotations and Proposals
Project quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of quotation.
A quotation may include:

Installation labour
Wiring and accessories
Fabrication or custom work
Acoustic treatment
Calibration and tuning
Travel or site-related costs
Other project-specific services
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation is not a confirmation that all listed products are reserved or available.
Equipment availability and pricing may change before an order is confirmed.
A project becomes confirmed only after the required approval, payment or advance specified in the quotation has been received.
5. Equipment and Product Selection
Loop Audio Works may recommend different products or brands depending on the requirements of the project.
Our recommendations are based on factors such as:
Performance
Compatibility
Room or vehicle requirements
Reliability
Availability
Budget
Installation requirements
Intended use
A higher-priced product is not necessarily recommended where a lower-priced product can meet the requirements of the project.
Where a specified product becomes unavailable, discontinued or materially delayed, we may recommend an alternative product of suitable specification, subject to client approval.
6. Installation Services
Installation work may include speaker mounting, wiring, amplifier installation, DSP configuration, equipment mounting, rack installation, fabrication and other work required to complete the system.
Installation work may require drilling, cutting, routing, mounting or modification of existing structures, vehicle panels, furniture or other surfaces where reasonably necessary.
We will take reasonable care during installation. However, existing materials, finishes, wiring, electronics or structures may contain hidden conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.
Any significant additional work outside the approved scope will be discussed with the client before proceeding where reasonably possible.
7. Car Audio Installation
Car audio installation is currently carried out at our Coimbatore workshop unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicle-specific work may involve removal and refitting of factory panels, trims, seats, boot components or other parts of the vehicle.
We take reasonable care during this process, but existing clips, fasteners, trims, wiring and components may already have wear or damage due to age, previous modifications or normal use.
Any existing damage identified before installation may be documented where appropriate.
Clients should remove personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for installation.
8. Home Cinema and Residential Projects
Home cinema, Hi-Fi and residential audio projects may require coordination with architects, interior designers, electricians, contractors or other trades.
Where possible, audio requirements should be considered before walls, ceilings, furniture and finishes are completed.
The client is responsible for ensuring that Loop Audio Works has reasonable access to the project site during the agreed installation period.
Delays caused by construction, civil work, electrical work, internet or network availability or other third parties may affect the installation schedule.
9. Commercial Audio Projects
Commercial projects may include gyms, restaurants, cafés, clubs, hotels, retail stores, offices, conference rooms and other business premises.
Commercial audio systems are designed according to the requirements of the specific venue.
The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the premises and coordinating access with building management, contractors and other relevant parties.
Installation schedules may be arranged around trading hours or operational requirements.
Any requirement for work outside the agreed scope, working hours or installation conditions may result in additional charges.
10. Calibration and Tuning
Calibration and tuning are performed according to the equipment, environment and intended use of the system.
Depending on the project, calibration may involve measurement equipment, DSP configuration, equalisation, crossover adjustment, time alignment, level matching and other system adjustments.
Calibration is intended to optimise the system for the agreed listening position, vehicle or environment.
Changes to the room, furniture, vehicle configuration, equipment or speaker position after calibration may affect the resulting performance.
11. Custom Work
Custom enclosures, mounting solutions, panels, racks, fabrication and other bespoke work may be produced specifically for a project.
Once custom work has commenced, cancellation or modification may result in charges for materials, labour and work already completed.
Custom work may vary slightly in dimensions, finish, colour or appearance due to the nature of fabrication and the materials used.
12. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate project information
Inform us about existing equipment and previous modifications
Provide reasonable access to the installation location
Ensure required electrical and structural provisions are available
Obtain necessary permissions from landlords, building management or authorities where applicable
Provide accurate vehicle information for car audio projects
Inform us of relevant installation restrictions before work begins
Make payments according to the agreed quotation
The client is responsible for obtaining permissions where work takes place on property that they do not own or control.
13. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the individual quotation or invoice.
Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before equipment is ordered or installation work is scheduled.
Equipment may not be ordered, reserved or installed until the required payment has been received.
Where a project involves specially ordered or customised equipment, payment terms may differ from standard projects.
Taxes, shipping, transportation, travel and other charges will be identified in the quotation where applicable.
14. Changes to Approved Projects
Changes requested after approval may affect:
Equipment selection
Project cost
Installation time
Availability
System design
Calibration requirements
Completion date
Additional work will be quoted or approved before it is carried out where reasonably possible.
Changes to a system after installation may require recalibration.
15. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the project.
Where equipment has already been specially ordered, imported, customised or allocated to a project, cancellation may result in non-refundable costs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed quotation.
Installation labour already completed is not refundable.
Where a project has not commenced and equipment has not been specially ordered, any refund will be considered according to the applicable quotation, payment terms and circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Product Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment where provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty terms, duration and coverage depend on the individual manufacturer and product.
Loop Audio Works does not independently extend a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorised modification, physical damage, electrical faults, water exposure, incorrect installation by third parties or other circumstances excluded by the manufacturer's warranty.
Installation-related workmanship issues, where applicable, will be addressed according to the terms agreed for the individual project.
17. System Performance
Audio performance depends on several factors, including the equipment, room or vehicle acoustics, speaker positioning, source material, listening position, installation and calibration.
Loop Audio Works does not guarantee a particular subjective listening experience where the result depends on factors outside our control.
For example, recordings, streaming quality, source equipment, room changes and listener preference can affect perceived sound.
Our recommendations are intended to provide the best practical result based on the agreed requirements and project conditions.
18. Project Delays
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and may change because of:
Equipment availability
Manufacturer delays
Shipping delays
Site readiness
Construction delays
Third-party contractors
Client-requested changes
Unexpected installation conditions
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
19. Website Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, layouts and original material, belongs to or is used by Loop Audio Works with appropriate permission.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
20. Project Photography
Loop Audio Works may photograph completed installations for documentation, portfolio, marketing or educational purposes where appropriate.

Communications, approvals, quotations and other project-related information may be exchanged electronically through email, messaging services or other agreed communication channels.
Electronic records may form part of the communication and agreement between Loop Audio Works and the client, subject to applicable law. The Information Technology Act, 2000 recognises the validity of contracts formed through electronic means.
28. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts and legal forums having jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
29. Changes to These Terms
Loop Audio Works may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website with the relevant effective or updated date.
